Hello, A little slow off the mark (what do you expect from an ancient old geezer) but just noticed Jen kindly recommended Cranky Pressman for letterpress printing. She is correct, we are very good and well priced but unfortunately got the url incorrect. The correct address is http://www.crankypressman.com

I'm a new fan. I just found your blog a few days ago. Your peppermint table setting inspired the table that I did for my friends party tomorrow night. Thought you might enjoy seeing how your magic inspires others. Thanks for the idea.

Hello Gentlemen,
I agree with everyone on Etsy you should go on and search around and see if anything speaks to you.
One of my favorites is Paper Mill Designs. They are simple and classic plus the cost won't break the bank.
I love business cards. I'm also starting my own decorating/event styling business and picking out cards was one of my favorite things to do.
I'm constantly reminded of the business card scene from American Psycho.
They truly are important! Good luck!

Kansas City has two possibilities for you:

and
http://www.craftboyworkshop.com/index.htm
Hammerpress is full service, I'm sure they can do your cards. I went to KU with Chuck at Craftboy and I'm not sure if he does or not, but it would be worth asking.
Good luck!

Congratulations! Unfortunately, I do not know of anyone specific, but for a special and homeade touch, you may want to search letterpress on etsy.com....I had some really lovely custom silhouette Christmas cards made this year from a vendor that I found on etsy. I realize that this may not be the most economical way to go, as I am certain that you will need them in bulk, but I just wanted to let you know :) I found this seller as a starting point for you http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=10528181
Have a great day Eddie! Aline

Eddie, Press NY here in the city is good- about $200 per color and add an additional $100 or so for Crane paper. If you want to go cheaper, Spark Stationery in South Dakota is great. I use them all the time for my wedding stationery business!

I recently used the Cranky Pressman www.thecrankypressman.com for my wedding invitations. I designed them in illustrator, then sent them over to him, and I had the finished product in 3-4 weeks. The pricing was pretty reasonable compared to others I found online ($500 total for 150 invites, RSVP cards, and envelopes) and Keith was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Good luck!

Hi Eddie! When I was looking for wedding invitations, I almost used these guys - they are SO nice and do great work. I ordered samples and sure enough, amazing. And even better - their prices are great! I had many many friends recommend them to me. I ended up doing thermography instead of letterpress due to costs, but if I ever need letterpress I will go to them in a heartbeat.

Congrats Eddie and Jaithin!! I know there are some great letter press people out there, I see them on other design blogs...will send your way if I find, have you tried Etsy? I feel that some of them sell there...Also, in a blog before Thanksgiving, you mentioned how you doctored up canned cranberry sauce, did you ever give us the recipe?? I am not great on the computer, but I tried searching your blog, and it took me to the original blog where you mentioned it. If you get a minute I would love the recipe! Have a Happy Christmas, thanks for the tips, your tree is amazing!!

Eddie,
You should contact The Printery in Oyster Bay, NY., 516 922 3250, or www.iprintery.com. On the site in the gallery section go to environments and look at the shop. Ask for Bill Miller and tell him that his friend at Polo recommended you. You should also visit them for the blog, trust me, you will love it! It's straight from a Dickens novel.
