Mosquito lantern

Two Scottish immigrants first arrived in New York in a hotel overnight, they were mosquitoes causing unrest throughout the night
Very angry, the last one said: "Sandy, with the quilt over my head, less than a mosquito to bite us
The. "After a child, Sandy puts his head out to breathe fresh air when he saw that had never been
Seen Firefly, so he shouted: "God, ah, over my head is useless, mosquito lantern
We find it. "

OMG! I LOVE THIS POST! Love the idea of the carpet. I'm stealing that concept for my next picnic. Lovely idea. I love the polo pictures, it reminds me of the West Coast equivalent of the Hollywood Bowl. How great- very Ralph Lauren. I always enjoy reading your entertaining posts.

Is that an Hermes trunk? To Die! xx

You guys look like your having a blast!

This is one stylish carpet picnic!!!

It all looks so elegant and I especially love the Mauviel ice bucket! The photos are fantastic!

Well, here in Chicago we also have polo. But I have to say, it looks a lot more 'snazzy' out by you. I just love your picnic set-up! And how do you manage to look so fabulous everywhere you go! I bet you would even look great on one of those polo ponies.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful adventures with us! I always enjoy visiting.

What a wonderful post this is!!
You two look so good in this photo that I'm taking it and framing it asap. You both look not only amazing but totally relaxed if that is possible :)
Missing you this summer... a lot, wish I was there in your part of the country. It looks so good!
Please check out my blog when you get a minute. I just launched a companion blog called Il Tuo Tesoro which means "Your treasure" in Italian where I'm going to be selling the treasures I blog about on La Dolfina. Would love your thoughts!!

Tailgating is an art to itself. So great to have Mashomack in our backyard. Looks just like the races at Far Hill's.

Living in style, as you always do! Love the idea of using the rug --- now I know what I can do with the 3 I have catching dust in the attic.

LOVE the pic of the two of you --- very GQ!
xoxo, Elizabeth

How wonderful! It looks like you both had a great time. I really love Millerton and get there every chance I can, especially when driving from NY to CT, and also make sure to stop at Harney & Sons.

Hugs!!!

Your spread fit the vibe much more than just nicely - I'd say perfect!

Thanks for the inspiration to live simply but with panache.

The rug is over the top! Love it!!!

Cheers! This looks like a really laid back picnic with a classy vibe. Love.

Eddie I love you but any day I can see a pic of Jaithan is extra FABULOUS.

I'm speaking at the St. Louis, MO Home/Garden Show next spring, 2011. Will ya'll be there?

Quick elegance with the rug.

Love it! Looks like y'all had so much fun. I am always agast at the wonderful *thrifty* finds you snag! BTW, please tell me your organizing secret to all the wonderful candlesticks, chargers and flatware you always find. I'm running out of room and would love to know how to find places for everything...

Elizabeth

HI Guys, looks so fun and exciting and of course you did it up RIGHT!! You both look wonderful. I was thinking that Jaithan could do a side job as a model. The Gods smiled on you Mr. Jaithan when you were created!! Love you both, Kathysue

Love the vibe of this, what wonderful pictures - especially the couple, but all of them are great! How simple and special to set up on a vintage rug, I'll have to start looking for one for that purpose. :)
