I haven't visited your blog in a while, and I just wanted to say that your creativity never ceases to amaze me! Love it, per the usual, Mr. Ross!!

102 ain't nothin in Dallas! With the heat index today was 112!

Goregeous, and my favorite colors too! I need to keep my eye out for some those white goblets when I hit up Brimfield on Friday!

Yikes, 102!!?? Crazy.

I need air conditioning at that temp.

Happy Summer!! Another great tablescale BTW!!

Best,
Michelle

I love La Plates! The cutting boards make great hostess gifts.

I'm totally in love with these plates ;I may buy some for my beach house

Wow, absolutely stunning!! Love the color scheme you chose!!

Hi Eddie and Jaithan,

I have a set as well and adore them, Mine are very summery green and white vertical stripe with Navy Monogram. Lara is just great!!

What exactly about melamine reminds you of the "elegance of fine china"?

Those are SO fantastic!!! I never would have thought of the color combo - but it is so YOU and so sophisticated. I'm a huge La Plates fan and just wish I could have a rainbow of options in my cupboard. Fab-U-lous post! xoxo, Elizabeth

Those platers are so pretty! I would love those in pink! Argh!

Eddie & Jaithan, so glad you're loving your La Plates! We love all you two do. Enjoy the rest of summer & thanks so much for sharing La Plates with your readers;)
xo, LARA

Commented from my bb yesterday but alas the posting did not make it. We LOVE all the press La Plates have garnered. Could not be prouder of a hometown vendor. And, Creative Candles is thrilled that our factory was the venue of your first meeting. We are working on our own plates but alas we shall lack the Ross flair when it comes time to set the table. Unless, you want to return to KC. Our doors are always open to you and Jaithan.

We're selling them at perch.!
xo xo

Love your new tableware! I would love to have a set of my own.

Oh & yes, it has been very hard for me to get back into the work "groove" after such a long weekend. Hot here too {AZ}!

j'adore

J'adore the grey and yellow. So chic! And nope...you aren't the only one. Totally beat and livin' for the weekend!

I have one. I had them print "STAUNCH" on it, cause...yanno...

What a beautiful table- I love the gray and yellow colors!

These plates remind me of the fab products at iomoi -- are they related?

Love the grey and yellow combo!! Table looks fabulous!

Eddie, you know Atlanta is hot, but you are hotter than we are this week. Here's how to survive: Ben and Jerry's Sorbet with Vodka. I'm just saying...

These look FABULOUS on your table. I was overwhelmed by the choices but love the way you have different patterns but in the same hue to keep it calm. That just may be the trick. Now...what color????

I am so jealous of your La Plates. I really want the black houndstooth ones. So cute and they were all over the magazines last month.

Love, love your plates with the monogram,l how fun. I did a post on melamine dishes a while back and found La Plates, they are my favorite, anything with a monogram and I am there. Love all the fun dishes you used and boy Terri is going to want that dolphin, hehe. Have a wonderful dinner tonight and keep cool!! Kathysue

Beautiful table. Love, love, love the dolphin decanter!

Eddie

After seeing the ad in House Beautiful I purchased plates to commemorate my grandson's first birthday. Such a fun idea and so much better than the standard outdoor "china" you pick up at Target and other places. Really sets your outdoor table apart from others.

Thanks for another great post.

Only one little comment - I to follow on twitter to figure out how to order.....took me a bit to figure out-maybe a quicker way on the blog to the order page?

I am wild for these!! xoxo, P

Yes! I just discovered these earlier this summer. Only problem is: trying to decide just which colors and design to buy. Life should be so complicated, right???

Love how she did each plate with a different pattern -- a special look for two special guys!

I LOVE those plates! I'm going to get some too. Your table looks just beautiful. I love all the yellow, one of my favorites. I like the heat usually but this is too much.

just beautiful! i love the color combination you chose. xo grace

Cool setting for a scorcher of a day! Stellar monogram plates and anything would quench my thirst from the dolphin decanter!

OMG - that custom color combo is GORGEOUS. Lara is the best.

Dragging here in the South as well. Just got home after a very long, very fun weekend at the lake. So hard to get back in the swing of things. Did a link to your blog for the giveaway earlier in the week. Hope lots of my followers pop over and check you guys out. Your always great inspiration for me. Mona

Love the plates - and if that decanter ever makes its way to your etsy shop - IT'S MINE!

Love la plate... love your tablescape too.

xo,
cristin

How lucky you both are! I think I would choose the pink diamond plates with my initials 'PS', then I would have an excuse for a dinner party.

I hope the weather cools down for you soon. Enjoy it - winter will soon be here!
